Tattoos are a permanent form of body art, but that doesn’t mean that everyone makes good decisions when it comes to getting them.
There are countless examples of terrible tattoos on the internet, and the subreddit r/shittytattoos is a goldmine of bad ink.
Some of the worst tattoos on the subreddit are simply poorly executed. The lines are shaky, the colors are wrong, and the overall design is just plain awful.
Other tattoos are bad because of the idea behind them. For example, one tattoo shows a person’s ex-girlfriend’s name with a red X over it. Another tattoo simply says “regret” in big, bold letters.
It’s hard to believe that people would get these tattoos without thinking about the consequences. After all, tattoos are permanent. They can’t be easily removed, and they’re often a reminder of a mistake that someone made.
So before you get a tattoo, make sure that you’re really, really sure about what you want. Think about the design, the placement, and the overall message that you want to send. And most importantly, make sure that you’re not going to regret it in the future.
